Promoted to 2nd Line at Flagship Group in April 2024 after consistently taking on complex escalations and building solid hands-on knowledge across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Azure AD / Entra ID. Handle escalated M365 incidents across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive — these come to me when 1st Line can't resolve them.
Manage user lifecycle, permissions and licensing in Azure AD / Entra ID for the organisation.
Look after Intune-enrolled device estate, including compliance policies, configuration profiles and enrolment for Windows 10/11 devices.
Troubleshoot hybrid identity issues — Entra ID Connect sync, Group Policy and authentication problems across mixed on-premise and cloud environments.
Work closely with 3rd Line on tenant and infrastructure changes, making sure context isn't lost between teams.

Provided frontline support across Windows and Microsoft 365 — consistently took on more complex incidents than typical at this level.
