With over 13 years in support roles based in office, hybrid and remotely I have many years experience supporting various operating systems, office packages, administration tools and bespoke software packages.
Customer focused but equally happy to be internally facing I have worked with all levels end users from end using customers to company owners and am happy to adjust my support based on ability, skillset and knowledge of the users.
My last role at Nexus infrastructure was a short term role to assist with a major business transition internally. This was primarily a system analyst position supporting users with hardware, mobile equipment, user administration and also internal AV/ conferencing equipment and printer hardware first fix.
My previous roles have been primarily software application / SAAS support on bespoke platforms where the main focus was on continual development of the package so this led to a rolling learning experience to keep knowledge and user support up to date and relevant.
I only hold GCSE qualifications due to limited availability of I.T courses during my primary education years and have learnt and continued to develop my skills through experience within the roles I fulfilled.
