I have run my construction/property refurbishment business since January 2000 and currently specialise in refurbishments, conversions, renovations and alterations. I have very strong communication and organization skills and a broad technical and practical knowledge of building materials and procedures. Having gained much experience arranging and orchestrating sub-contractors for various projects, I am very confident dealing with a broad range of people within this sector.

I also have experience in external and internal sales selling from builders merchants and building product manufacturers and suppliers.

2003 - 2006 - Took a break from my business due to injuries and worked as an Area sales manager for Barwood products selling Doc-m packs and plumbing materials and Marley plumbing and drainage covering Kent and south east London selling UPVC plumbing and drainage materials, including aluminium rainwater drainage

Sales and communication are my strongest assets. I am a very organized person with much experience arranging staff and various construction projects. My skills and strengths lie in maximising the efficiency of business communications and relationships by calibrating myself around the person I am dealing with at any level.
