I am a 46 year old sporty individual who is primarily trained within the catering and hospitality trade although have worked on busy food production lines in the past and relish new learning new skills and been challenged even if I may not feel 100% confident with the task
Both worked at head chef level in numerous kitchens over the years have also worked on production lines making and packing produce to order, namely Yorkshire puddings and other sweet desserts
