I am an initiative-taking analytical person with a first-hand approach to cope with changing work situations and I enjoy working in a challenging but rewarding environment. Having over 10 years' experience in conveyor's and have proven experience of maintenance in automotive and manufacturing environment's transmission and rubber belt splicing and on- site fitting as well as planning and overseeing shutdown work for major global companies such as Nestle, Cargill, Knauf Unilever and UPS but to name a few, providing risk assessments and method statement's for all work's undertaken, I also have knowledge on roller lagging on-site and in house from ceramic lagging to rubber slide lagging, rollers bearings pneumatics and hydraulics Chain sprockets and powered roller systems. At present I am part of the engineering team at NGFE looking after all fiberizing equipment and hot end consumables and the production line.
I am sure i will make a valuable member to any company wishing to require my services and knowledge. I am computer literate and pride myself on my punctuality and attitude to work I also hold a full UK clean Driving licence.

I am currently part of the new look engineering team at NGF. My daily duties include maintenance and reacting to breakdowns across the facility in areas such as the furnace/Melter winders and pumprooms. These duties are conducted either as solo work or as part of a team when required.
Other duties include taking stock and inventory within my department. Alongside my role I have taken on the challenge of learning about fibre forming process. By gaining knowledge in fibre forming, I have been privileged enough to run my own department specialising in this area.
Additionally, through my position I have gained knowledge in the computer software SAP.

As an Engineering/Maintenance fitter, I install service and repair machinery and equipment daily. Other duties problem solving and daily PPMs in a Manufacturing environment on our plant production line, I also react to breakdowns across the plant ensuring production can run smoothly and efficiently to minimize downtime. Additionally, I have a basic knowledge of SAP and Maximo.
