In my position of Supervisor at this busy restaurant, my responsibilities included the management of 27 staff, dealing with the daily stock orders - both wet and dry sales, customer service, and event hosting and organising in the events suite. I also co-ordinated orders during the busy service times which required strong management, commercial and practical skills. Adaptability was key to ensure that the bar was profitable, pleasant and safely run in accordance with company guidelines.

I was employed to assist in the set-up of this restaurant by a TV Celebrity. This required the establishment of suppliers, interviewing for new staff, financial management, hosting of events and front of house, as well as bar management duties. I also assisted with the website, as well as designing and distributing marketing materials. The restaurant was featured in a TV series and has gone on to be a successful enterprise.
