• Conduct comprehensive reports, which includes identifying root causes of damp and mould issues, including penetrating damp, rising damp, condensation, and ventilation deficiencies.
• Utilising PDA devices to accurately to accurately record inspection findings, photographs, measurements and customer information in real time.
• Carry out moisture profiling using moisture meter, thermal imaging to identify cold bridging, moisture ingress, insulation defects and hidden damp issues.
• Undertake mould remediation works in accordance with industry standards, including containment, cleaning and prevention measures.
• Install appropriate number of drying equipment depending on severity of moisture ingress, and maintaining regular visits to rearrange equipment and take measurements.
• Liaising professionally with landlords, tenants, businesses, councils, contractors providing clear explanations of findings and recommended actions.
