In this position I am the first point of contact for customers, am always friendly and passionate about providing the best customer service. I constantly build customer relations with the people I deliver to while out on the rounds. This is a position the requires a large amount of accuracy to ensure that all mail and parcels are delivered to the correct address and ID checked where required.
- I ensure all letters and parcels are sorted and delivered correctly and on time
- Assist the management team with meeting KPI's
- I'm the point of contact for customer collection, enquiries and complaints while out on the rounds.
- Safeguarding is an important part of this role for tracked documents such as Passports, Government and NHS letters
- I ensure the safety of Royal Mail staff and the public by ensuring vehicles are roadworthy before starting each shift

In this role I cover a wide range of the business. Beginning my shift within the warehouse, picking, packing, and checking orders before completing deliveries to various customers.
- I show a strong attention to detail by ensuring all produce picked is the best quality for the customer, ensuring the order is picked and packed correctly with extensive checks before loading the van for delivery.
- I use my exceptional time keeping and organisation skills during my shift to ensure the van is loaded on time and all other warehouse duties are completed before leaving for my deliveries. Making sure all deliveries are completed by the agreed times.
- Working well as part of the team by keeping my area clean, tidy, and stacked correctly to meet health and safety standards.

A varied role supporting young people between the ages of 16 and 18 in 24-hour supported housing. In this role I helped prepare the young people I worked with for adulthood.
- Ensured safeguarding and the best interest of vulnerable and young people were met by completing all required reports and daily logs within the required timeframes and escalating any concerns immediately.
- Provided support for young people by getting them into education, showing them how to apply for jobs, budgeting, teaching them to prepare and cook food as well as the importance of hygiene and timekeeping.
