A lot of my time was working in blending and processing the meet for sausage weighing up sausage meat scaling off and putting them in to mental tins then covering them up with green plastic and putting a label on what product it was and the date and code and what product it is then putting in to the fridge waiting to be processed and blended for the right ingredients it might be old English or a different product but one this has been done it goes back in to the fridge awaiting to go on the production lines waiting to be made in to sausages and they would be packed in to 6 or 8 in a packed in this process they would be weighed as well plus mental detention is done every hour and documented then they would be packed in to boxes at the bottom of the production line 6or 8 packets the they would be put on a pallet normally it would be 40 boxes on a pallet then wrapped very tightly and Then booked in for delivery or stock. Was all so trained in all the departments and tray wash as well.
