B4brenewables are a renewable energy company focused on delivering Solar PV, Battery Storage and Heat Pump solutions to the commercial and domestic market in NI & ROI. Part of a wider group of companies that includes Weev, b4bTelecoms, and Fibrus this is a start up business rapidly scaling. Joined as one of 4 existing employees. Over the past 12 months scaled significantly with head count rising to 16 people and turnover increasing from £1.74m to £3.9m at the end of FY25/26.
- Full strategic review of business operations carried out in Q1 2025
- Scaling the business in line with revenue projections and cash flow management
- Introducing new workflow processes into Operational delivery of commercial PV projects and domestic heating projects
- New CRM system (Hubspot) brought into commercial operations to align with board expectations of sales growth
- Significant new business wins in the Industrial, Manufacturing and Hospitality sectors for Solar PV projects – turnover doubled in size in less than 12 months with an average increase in gross margin of 6%

Managing Director - Enfer Medical - Naas, Co Kildare

Privately owned Enfer Medical (part of the Enfer Group) was established post COVID to disrupt the Irish Diagnostics market. Establishing its ISO15189 quality standards Enfer Medical has grown rapidly to support National Screening Programmes for the HSE, and the development of digital health platforms within both the private and public sector. Led a team of 55 people with overall responsibility for the Operational, Commercial and IT business functions.
Reporting directly to the Board of the Enfer Group with full P&L responsibility for the business as it sought to rapidly grow.
- Driving regulatory compliance to ensure the business grows in-line with ISO15189 quality standards – this involved introducing new workflow practices into the laboratory and to bring new accredited clinical testing onto scope
- Re-engineering our commercial team to align with operational capacity an introduce new digital reporting into the business, creating a clear strategic direction and managing pricing policy in the UK & Ireland
- Utilising market trends and detailed analysis our commercial growth was significantly augmented with seven digit new business wins in the fertility and occupational health sectors – new clients on-boarded and logistics expanded to meet service level agreements
- Overseeing contract negotiations with our key clients engaging at C-suite level to support the world's first online STI screening programme with the HSE
- Alongside commercial growth assisted in developing Enfer Medical's digital testing capability and this continued to be at the forefront of strategic vision for their growth – led a successful bid to provide at-home PSA (prostate cancer screening) for a national programme – started in September 2024
- Significant cross-functional internal collaboration, ensuring our supply chain to meet commercial goals, our marketing function could bring new products to market in-line with board expectations and that pricing strategy aligned with financial budgets
Global Manager - Randox Laboratories - Co Antrim

Privately owned Randox are one of the world's largest suppliers of IVD products – engaged in industrial manufacturing and selling a wide range of quality controls, reagents and analysers into the Clinical, Toxicology, Food and Agricultural sectors. Randox sell into 126 countries through their international offices and extensive distributor networks. Led a team of 180 sales, marketing and operational professionals across 32 International markets.
Also had a team of 30 clinical and operational team members engaged in developing laboratory and B2C network in Ireland and the UK. Reported directly to the owner and founder of Randox, Dr Peter Fitzgerald. Initially joined as Business Manager in Feb 2013, promoted to Country Manager in 2014 and a year later to Global Manager – the most senior commercial role within the Randox business responsible for delivery of £30m+ per annum.
- In May 2020 during the COVID pandemic created and developed the framework for Randox Travel Clinics across the UK & Ireland – facilitated 19 million passengers being able to travel safely during the pandemic
- Development of Travel Clinics project required extensive collaborative networking at the most senior levels of government, consistent awareness of regulatory compliance, and employment of 180 people on the Island of Ireland establishing a network of 14 clinics (including a major site at Dublin Airport) and the first test-to-return business in Portugal
- Travel Clinics project generated over £200,000,000 during 21 months and strategically helped the further investment by Randox in new laboratory and clinic facilities in Ireland and the UK
- With full Sales & Operational responsibility for the EMEA business developed a network of talent within teams and delivered double digit growth consistently
- Introducing aggressive new sales strategies, gathered and analysed market intelligence and significantly enhanced revenue growth from direct office sales and key business partnerships within distribution channels
- Leading on Global Distributor operations introduced a new customer centric commercial strategy to both retain and grow profitable business for Randox
- Constantly sought new and innovative life science partners – this included the commercialisation of an extensive R&D project with Bosch introducing molecular point of care machines into the European Healthcare marketplace – this project resulted in sales in excess of £11m during the pandemic utilising Bosch technology and Randox bio-content

Fixed term contract. Working with existing member organisations to help develop strategic Corporate Responsibility programmes. Dealing with Business Leaders across NI to deliver operational and organisational benefit through the implementation of CR policies.

National Manager Ireland – Consumer Electronics - Sharp Electronics - Ireland

Sharp are currently one of the largest manufacturers of LCD panels globally. Responsible for management of P&L within the Irish Business – delivered a £12m+ budget for territory per annum. Sales manager to a team of 10 field sales executives.
- Working to defined budgets to deliver growth and increase both existing turnover and develop new route to market channel
- Selling into national multiples and buying groups using both solution and consultative selling
- Directly responsible for the implementation of the company wide marketing plan in Ireland, the co-ordination of internal communications and customer service performance levels
- Grew new channel and partnership opportunities with regional buying chains
- Responsible for management of team, product training, performance management, setting and reviewing KPI's, monitoring journey plans and driving success through strong leadership and coaching
- Establishment of a distribution and operations network for the Sharp business in the ROI

Delivery of a €17million budget per annum within a defined account base selling Consumer Electronics products. Achieved double digit growth for three consecutive years. Philips top sales performer across the consumer division in 2008/09.
