As the ecommerce lead for Arcadia & Boohoo I managed numerous aspects of the ecommerce arm including carrier management. I managed an on-site team whilst going through a redundancy piece as well as a TUPE over to Boohoo. This was during the Covid 19 pandemic which saw our ecommerce volumes triple in size due to market closures of our competitors.

As the operations support manager my key role was to upskill the management team by delivering processflows and introducing a very junior team to HR tools which would support their career. I also delivered a site training plan as well as process mapped each process to deliver clear and precise instructions to new starters. This supported in reducing our attrition rates and inducting +200 new colleagues over peak to deliver against demand.

Taking a detailed step by step approach to testing and delivering the JDA WMS requirement. Ensuring customers were engaged at all levels to support the contractual requirements of the site. Working closely with external contractors to ensure configuration of the WMS reporting suite was delivered. This then was used for over 90% of the sites reporting including SLA's & Finance.
