I have gained very valuable communication skills that I am able to carry with me to future roles. Teamworking is a key skill that I have been utilising both professionally and through my education. I have had to solve problems and de-escalate situations that have occurred, as well as prioritising my work.

Asset Management intern at Spirit Energy (2023-07 – 2023-07)

As part of the "career ready" program, I completed an internship at an oil and gas company and was tasked with completing intra-company presentations, creating spreadsheets with vast amounts of data, as well as helping other departments with whatever they needed, whilst having to work within deadlines and inside of a professional environment.

House and Sports Captain at Inverurie Academy (2023-08 – 2024-08)

I was selected from my whole year to be one of 4 sports captains as well as one of 4 house captains within my house. As a captain, I organised multiple in and out of school events, as well as holding assembly's in front of the school and keeping up with my studies, I also had to help anyone within my house/sports community with any problems they came to me with.

Retail Assistant at Farmfoods (2024-05 – 2024-08)

I was tasked with breaking up merchandise from palettes, stocking the inventory in its designated place within a certain time frame, and co-managing that with helping customers, as well as handling transactions through the day.

Off-Ice Official Volunteer at Scottish National League Ice Hockey (2022-11 – Present)

In my volunteering, I oversee the clock and anything related to it. During the game, I must multitask and make sure I am listening for the referees whistle as well as what's going on with the game, so that when something like a penalty does occur, I am quickly able to relay the correct information to them and then get back to the game immediately.
