During a 22-year career at River Beach Primary School, I held a range of leadership positions and played a key role in guiding the organisation through significant periods of change, including its transition from a junior school to a primary school and subsequent integration into the SchoolsWorks Academy Trust. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I contributed to strategic decision-making, organisational development and the successful implementation of school-wide improvement initiatives.
