About

I am a self-motivated, compassionate and dedicated individual with confident communication skills and a strong passion for supporting children to feel safe, valued and able to reach their potential. I am kind, caring and patient, with a child-centred approach and a genuine ability to build positive, trusting relationships. I understand the importance of listening to children, recognising their individual needs and responding with empathy, consistency and understanding.

I am particularly passionate about supporting children who may experience challenges with learning, emotional wellbeing or behaviour, and believe that understanding the reasons behind behaviour is key to helping children thrive. I am organised, punctual and reliable, enjoy working within a structured routine and use my initiative to respond positively to changing situations. I work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and value collaboration with colleagues, families and other professionals.

I am always keen to learn, develop my practice and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children I support
