I have been working in school catering for last four years. Also I have experience in hotel kitchen and restaurant. I have a passion in baking cakes and sweet treats.
I worked last four years as an assistant catering manager/ Interim catering manager. Before that I have been employed as a team leader in the pub and Suit chef in the restaurant.
I have completed an A levels in Secondary school of bussines and trade in Slovakia as a chef (2002 - 2006).
City Guilds - Level 2 NVQ in food processing and cooking
City Guilds - Level 3 NVQ in hospitality supervision
City Guilds - Level 2 NVQ in team leading
