- Led the construction phase of Rotarex Group's new headquarters in Luxembourg, coordinating with remote teams, contractors, and international stakeholders.

- Managed supplier and engineer coordination to ensure rapid, functional implementation, optimising vehicle flow and communal space usage.
- Managed the full recruitment process for hub staff, from sourcing and interviewing candidates through to onboarding.
