Perihan Abdelghaly

Perihan Abdelghaly is a Sustainable Finance and Anticorruption Lead with over 17 years of experience in multilateral and financial sectors in Egypt and the Middle East. Abdelghaly executed several projects in sustainable finance, sustainability reporting and strategy, sustainability policies and procedures, sustainability initiatives, social return on investment, and SMEs capacity building for integrity and compliance. Perihan took part in a global project on building SMEs' capacity and governance as part of collective action against corruption by the United Nations Development Programme, the Egyptian Junior Business Association, and funded under Siemens Integrity Initiative.

During the initiative, Perihan supported more than 500 SMEs in building their capacity in ethics and compliance and improving their integrity standards. She also managed an extensive network of thousands of SMEs to facilitate exchanging business opportunities with large corporates.

I have 17+ years of experience in ESG, sustainable finance, and anti-corruption. I have full proficiency in the English language, and Arabic is my mother tongue.
