I hold the BBTS Specialist Certificate in Blood Transfusion (2022) and have extensive experience in core shifts, night shifts, lone working, major Haemorrhage management, blood film examination, antibody investigations, and independent result authorisation. I am confident working autonomously while ensuring compliance with UKAS and MHRA standards.

Skilled at adapting quickly to new teams, IT systems, LIMS, and analysers, I have managed urgent, high-pressure situations—including massive haemorrhage activations and downtime conditions—where prioritisation, attention to detail, and clear communication with clinical teams were essential to patient safety.
