Position: MRP Controller (2019)

To review MRP Output, validating demand and creating requisitions to meet demand.

Position: Materials & Logistics Coordinator (2018-2019)

Employer: Transport for London/Elizabeth Line

To coordinate all materials and logistic requirements to ensure they are available for maintenance activities and work can be completed to ensure safety, compliance and reliability of the Elizabeth Line.
Assist with the development of systems and tools to manage materials and logistics processes.
Work with planning, delivery team and suppliers to ensure required materials and logistics are planned and delivered as required.
Undertake site visits to ensure materials are delivered as required.
Liaise with RfLI planning team to arrange any ad hoc logistical requirements and work with the plant team to coordinate material and plant delivery required by the delivery teams.
Audit of all stores to ensure all spares in stored in the correct locations.

Position: Resource Manager/Material Controller/Buyer (2011 to 2018)

Employer: Transport for London (TfL)/ London Trams

Managed the replenishment of materials to ensure optimum inventory holding and meet availability requirements using SAP R3.
Proactively monitored all purchase orders/delivery dates and expedited where necessary.
Daily management of outstanding invoices in my SAP workflow, engaging with vendors to clear where necessary.
Undertook weekly engagement with four Linear discipline heads to discuss additional ad-hoc requirements.
Daily management of 40+ vendors, including OEM’s, for new supply & repairs, in line with TfL Procurement Policy.
Proactively managed 2600+ line items, across four disciplines with a stock value of £1.2m, continually reviewing all Material Master Data.
Where necessary, I negotiated with current/new vendors, to achieve savings in line with TfL Procurement Policy.

Position: Telecommunications Engineer/Resource Manager (2008 to 2010)

Employer: Carillion Railways – London Tramlink

Provided resourcing support for the day-to-day Linear needs, including current material, plant and labour needs, as well as resourcing new/cost effective solutions in line with Carillion Procurement policy.
Regular liaison with Linear disciplines and placing purchase orders/goods receipting in a prompt manner.
Created invoices for all additional works, parts, plant hire, or other services provided for call outs or work arising.
Undertook daily updating and maintaining the Carillion Defect Master List.
