Peter Evans

My experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of architecture and methods of construction and its impact on the environment. I am enthusiastic about the prospect of working with a team to further develop innovative, environmentally conscious design solutions for the challenges facing modern architecture.

I am particularly drawn to the excellence in creating projects that seamlessly blend architectural aesthetics with sustainable practices.

I have spearheaded a range of construction projects, overseeing all stages from planning to completion. This has equipped me with a solid foundation in building surveying, risk assessment, and construction management, and allowed me to ensure seamless coordination among multidisciplinary teams, adherence to regulatory standards, and timely project delivery.

My key achievements are the ability to work cohesively with clients, stakeholders and contractors, successfully through the entire life cycle of each project, and completion of many projects within complex budgets, ahead of schedule, implementing innovative cost-saving measures, and overcoming significant challenges.
