I started working for the Swan Hotel which my position is for a kitchen assistant and I would be washing up pots and pans and gastro trays and do food preparation for the chefs and sweep and mop the floors after each shifts I would also make sure that the work benches would be hygienically clean ready for the next time they would be used and I would change the fryers if and when they would need changing
