I am a very experienced multi disciplined designer Draftsman. with 20 years management experience.
I am Currently a designer draftsman at Intermoor Ltd. I am working on numerous projects including Anchor Patterns, Mooring line design and Structural design. I am currently working with AutoCAD, Inventor and Microstation software packeages.
Until last year I was the the drawing office manager for Saipem LTD and have had up to Thirty draftsmen of various disciplines in my department including Structural, Mechanical, Procedural, Electrical, Hydraulic and 3D animation.
As drawing office manager I was responsible for all draughting activities including creation, updating and implementation of procedures and reviewing engineering specifications, designs and procedures. I was also responsible for maintaining and controlling the technical capabilities of the drawing office and recruiting qualified people assessing and identifying training for all drawing office personnel. I have been draughting for around 23 years and have experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, Microstation and Autoplant software. I have liased with fabrication yards, site construction crews (onshore and offshore), International drawing offices and clients as well as managers of the project design teams.
