Throughout this time, I have supported my family through many life experiences and challenges, including emotional wellbeing, homeschooling, frequent relocations as a military family, and creating stability and support through constant change. These experiences have strengthened my resilience, adaptability, compassion, and ability to support others with understanding and care.

We are now entering a new chapter as we settle and buy our family home in Seaford.

I have supported individuals with wellbeing through one to one sessions both in person and virtually. Using counselling skills, positive psychology, holistic wellbeing practices, and metaphysical concepts, I have helped people navigate challenges, build resilience, deepen self awareness, and reconnect with greater balance, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

General Practice Nurse - Dr Lynch and Partners Health Centre - West Byfleet, Surrey

As a Practice Nurse within a GP surgery, I provided patient centred care across a wide range of health needs, supporting patients with health assessments, chronic disease management, wound care, immunisations, cervical screening, and health promotion. I worked closely with GPs and the wider healthcare team, offering compassionate support, education, and advice to help patients improve and maintain their overall health and wellbeing.

ITU Nurse - Saint Peters Hospital - Woking, Surrey

I provided specialised care for critically ill patients who required close monitoring and advanced medical support within the Intensive Care Unit. My role involved assessing patients, administering treatments and medication, operating life support equipment, and working closely with doctors and families to ensure the highest standard of care during serious or life threatening conditions.
