About

I support management in their obligations to meet CQC and legal requirements in all areas of strategic and improvement decisions, financial performance and monitoring, leadership and governance initiatives, User and staff safety, organisational and employee effectiveness, Caring and responsiveness efforts, and building strong equality values and culture.
Carry out initial and onboarding Care Needs and Risk assessments
Develop Person Centred Care Plans, and subsequent reviews when due
Staff performance Reviews, 1.2.1, Rota, and Employee scheduling.
Stakeholders' engagements ( District Nurses, GPs, OTs, Pharmacies, Hospitals, Local Authorities)
Office support and administration issues, attending to queries, complaints, and compliments.
Service Users' medication ordering.
Employee duty and roster monitoring.
Obtaining referrals and facilitating hospital and GP appointments.
Overseeing team activities, guiding team members, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Supporting employee training programs
Staff file and service user audits.
Maintain proper, accurate, and relevant service records for all service users
Conduct regular service user satisfaction surveys to keep the service relevant and up-to-date to meet current user needs
I have Complex Care Knowledge (stoma, PEG, Catheter, specialised equipment such as hoist and other moving and handling equipment)

Experience

I have been a senior carer for the last four years and held servaral managerial position before moving to UK in 2022.

Three and a half years of Adult Health and Social Care experience in both office and community.

Twenty-six (26) years of Banking, Auditing, Risk Management, Loss Control, and Compliance experience. Departments worked with included Foreign Exchange, Accounts, Branch Administration, Customer Service, Enquiries, Tellers, Central Cash Depot, ATM Section, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Compliance.
