I have a strong drive for continued learning, always wanting to better myself and strive to gain new skills. From past Job roles my leadership skills are of a high level, working for myself I have always given clear instructions to others, now in my current role, I am always the person they come to for technical advice on systems within the prison. I have a good working knowledge of electrical systems, LV and HV, however, I am keen to continue my learning within different technical aspects.
Having gained my SMSTS and IOSH my health and safety knowledge and standards are high. I work well within a team, but equally on my own initiative, being able to problem solve or help others. I have strong communication skills, being able to offer advice to engineers or management.
