I am graduating in Biological Sciences at Durham University this Summer. Since pursuing work experience in Investment Management, I have realised my passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

I completed an Investment Management internship and Investec Wealth & Investment in Exeter last Summer. this involved shadowing an Investment Director and learning about their day-to-day tasks and their wider role in the industry. I learnt about investment markets, portfolio construction, tax efficiency, and maintaining professional connections. I reviewed investment portfolio positioning compared to the centralised Investec research recommendations.

I analysed portfolio positioning in spreadsheets and reviewed their performance. I constructed a pension income modelling spreadsheet. I completed due diligence work on investment funds.
