HGV class 2 driver for last 7 years duties including route management, customer liaison, Foreign driving, events work etc. Previous to this I worked as a Sous and head chef in the UK Switzerland and France. I also have experience in the office environment, warehousing and Garden msintenaince for Leicester City Council which is an area I'm extremely keen to pursue with a particular interest in rewilding.
