I am a resourceful, ambitious, hardworking and successful account manager with extensive knowledge of French and Spanish language and International Business. I studied for 6 months at Cantabria University in Santander which was followed by work placements in both France and Spain and I have since travelled abroad on numerous occasions in a business capacity. I have theoretical knowledge, practical understanding and experience of undertaking work and research projects with minimal supervision.
I have exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a quick paced moving environment. I am able to work as part of an integral team or in a standalone capacity.

August 2019 - Present In my current role I am responsible for managing a sales target for over 150 accounts ensuring each account is performing inline to reach its annual target, for which I have over achieved my personal targets for the last 2 years. This involves introducing new items to clients, keeping on top of market trends within the different industries, regular customer contact including face to face meetings and phone conversations. I am also responsible for generating new business using existing customer networks Part of role is to keep the supply chain consistence and work alongside other departments with regards to pricing negotiations and stock levels and compliance regulations.
I also work alongside the marketing team to develop content for the website and social media platforms.

I was responsible for managing key accounts in France, Benelux and Spain, which involves quoting, processing and invoicing the orders as well as dealing with claims and any issues. Travelling to visit my customers abroad enabled me to strengthen my relationship and influence further business increasing overall sales. I organised transport for the orders and was responsible for the credit control of my accounts ensuring invoices did not become overdue and credit terms are adhered to.
The role included setting realistic sales budgets for my accounts which was crucial to the company as it helps to shapes its growth in line with a global strategy. I worked closely alongside the suppliers to ensure orders could be fulfilled and delivered to customers in the shortest lead time possible. Part of my role required me to research and approach new sales leads by carrying out independent research, trade shows and incoming web enquiries.
