With extensive experience working across various settings with both adults and young people, I bring a comprehensive approach to safeguarding.

• Risk Assessment: Identifying risks to vulnerable individuals and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Policy Development: Crafting and reviewing safeguarding policies to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Training and Support: Educating staff on safeguarding issues, helping them identify signs of abuse, and advising on appropriate actions.
• Incident Management: Responding to and investigating reports of harm, and collaborating with external professionals, such as law enforcement and social services, to address incidents.

I have extensive experience working with adults at risk, children and young people, as well as in the areas of anti-trafficking and gender-based violence. In addition, I have developed and delivered safeguarding workshops and educational materials, ensuring that staff and stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills to protect vulnerable individuals.
