An Engineering student at the University of Bradford completing my civil and structural engineering course. Which experience in customer service, guest relations and food & beverage operations. These roles have helped me connect with a wide variety of people and develop strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills while working effectively in faced paced and high-pressure environments.

Customer Service/ Guest relations Champion at Playdium Dreamscape (PVT) Ltd (2025-01 – 2026-01)

• Performed physical tasks such as cleaning, moving machines and setting up the machines every morning.
• Being on time to work was crucial, improving my punctuality and reliability.
• Welcomed customers daily and created a positive and friendly atmosphere.
• Made it crucial that I related to customers when I needed to welcome and explain how the facilities work.
• Gave tours to new customers and higher authority.
• Helped organize children's birthday parties where I had to take care of 30+ kids.
• Gave me a sense of patience and learned how to take care, support and have fun with these kids.
• Helped with organizing and taking part in company events and bowling tournaments.
• Serving food and beverages was a part of the job.
• Made promotional videos for the company.
