Export Documentation Executive at CMA CGM GBSI PVT LTD (2022-07 – 2024-09)

• Monitoring & handling the process via the Salesforce application, task delegation and managing team. Monitoring and achieving TAT, KRAs in coordination with team lead performing additional task assigned by the superior team lead.
• Handling NDNL reports - pulling voyage on daily basis from I Cut off and taking follow up on daily basis.
• Validation and Integration (Inputting) - Create Bill of lading based on Country Regulations and Inputting the shipment details from Shipping Instructions to get ready the Bill of Lading.
• Amendment received from customer and providing revised draft to customer, doing amendment analysis to check customer behaviors so that we could reduce amendment count and provide appropriate draft at initial stage.
• Checking reports like TAT (Turn Around Time) report to maintain Hold Queue (FROB) report, Germany, Egypt report.
• Handling Pending reports - Pulling cases on daily basis from system and taking follow up on daily basis.

• Works on Freight billing system for LTL shipment.
• Handling clients query, their movement through different countries.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via client mailbox and provide update of shipments.
• Handle Navisphere software, for accurate details of billing and updating financials in the system by following customer SOPs.
• Working in U.S Time zone to give better services to clients and weekly interactions.
