• Direct end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent cross-functional projects, translating stakeholder briefs into clear project plans, timelines, and workflows

• Own AI translation quality across 16 languages for 5 core digital products and 32 languages for the flagship product, setting content-specific workflows to route high-stakes content to humana review and lower-risk content to AI output based on defined quality thresholds.
• Trained and mentored team members on Smartcat, vendor relations, and bug resolution; authored a workflows/stakeholders playbook and onboarded team members into vendor and dev relationships
• Led a successful global rollout of a multilingual digital product across 15+ languages, orchestrating delivery between internal development, design, product, and external vendor partners.
• Managed cross-functional dependencies and partner relationships throughout delivery, keeping a complex multi-party programme on schedule and within budget.
