With over 16 years of experience in the banking sector, i served as a Functional Business Analyst, Scrum master and a Certified SAFe RTE at Citi, one of the leading global financial institutions. My core competencies include business and technical analysis, securities trading systems, data reporting, project management, scrum mastery, SQL, and iSeries AS400.
In my current role, I worked within the Global Information Warehouse team, focusing on the analysis of business and client's technical requirements, and ensuring alignment between business and technology. I manage securities trading information, including accounts, transactions, and holdings, and deliver accurate data reports to partners and clients.
I also serve as a Scrum Master, organizing and facilitating Program Iteration (PI) for sprint planning and initiating all ceremonies required for each PI. As a leader, I collaborate extensively with diverse stakeholders across the organization, and engage with senior leaders to drive collaborative solutions. I am flexible and proactive, always ready to adapt to changing business needs and embrace new challenges and opportunities.
