Iam a strategic, trauma‑informed leader with extensive experience coordinating multi‑agency responses for individuals facing multiple disadvantage. My career spans criminal justice, resettlement, mentoring, housing, and community support, giving me a deep understanding of how systems intersect — and where they often fail the people who need them most.
Across roles in local authority, probation services, and the voluntary sector, I have built a reputation for bringing clarity to complexity. I excel at translating operational challenges into practical, collaborative solutions that improve pathways, strengthen partnerships, and drive better outcomes for individuals with high levels of need.
My approach is grounded in empathy, reflective practice, and a commitment to systemic change. I thrive in environments where partnership working, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking are essential. Whether I’m coordinating multi‑agency panels, developing trauma‑informed processes, or supporting frontline practitioners, my focus is always on empowering people and improving the systems around them.
I am passionate about creating services that are person‑centred, strengths‑based, and genuinely accessible — and I’m driven by the belief that sustainable change happens when organisations work together with purpose, compassion, and accountability.
I have over two decades of experience working across criminal justice, housing, resettlement, mentoring, and multi‑agency coordination. My career has centred on supporting individuals facing multiple disadvantage and strengthening the systems designed to help them. I have led teams, developed trauma‑informed practice, coordinated complex multi‑agency responses, and improved service pathways through strategic partnership working.
My roles have included MEAM Coordination, Personal Wellbeing Team Leadership, volunteer management, housing casework, prison resettlement, and project management within mentoring services. Across all positions, I have built a reputation for clarity, collaboration, and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into practical, person‑centred solutions that drive sustainable change.
I hold a BSc in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Greenwich, supported by an Access to Science qualification from the same institution. This academic foundation strengthened my analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and evidence‑based approach — all of which underpin my work in trauma‑informed practice, multi‑agency coordination, and service improvement. My earlier A‑Level and O‑Level studies provided a strong grounding in scientific and critical reasoning, contributing to the structured, reflective, and methodical approach I bring to complex professional environments.
I achieved a level 3 in counselling, Advice and Guidance, Coaching and mentoring, and I am currently studying level 4 in counselling
