My background spans global QMS leadership, quality systems implementation, governance, inspection readiness, and regulatory compliance across complex, matrix organisations. I have led the design, implementation, and ongoing oversight of enterprise-wide quality management systems that form the backbone of regulatory compliance and operational governance.

In my most recent role, I acted as Global QMS Lead, working closely with quality, regulatory, and business stakeholders to embed robust, scalable processes, including the use of digital and automated solutions to improve oversight, monitoring, and efficiency.
