- First project aims to identify opportunities to optimise medicines management, improve patient outcomes and potentially reduce avoidable admissions and length of stay
- Second project focuses on ADHD prescribing within the Adult Mental Health Department involving analysing available Epact data and prescribing trends to identify patterns, areas of variation, and potential opportunities to reduce cost and improve prescribing practice
