I have almost 20 years of experience in hospitality and events management. I started in 2005 working in a hotel and I have worked my way up through two major hospitality companies in the UK to become an Assistant and Holding Manager. I also have 17 years of voluntary festival experience which includes small venue management and volunteer team management.
I am currently finishing an MSc in International Events Management. I have a significant passion for cellar management and quality customer service. I enjoy training team members, both experienced and new, as well as making sure that clients and customers have the best experiences.
