With a prolific career spanning over 5 years, I have theexperience of working with the top hotels and restaurants in the country. Having won many accolades, I was given the honor to represent India at the ‘International Chef’s Olympiad’ and won award for the best vegetarian dish in the year 2017.
To hone my culinary skills, I trained with the Leela hotels and was selected as a Kitchen Management Trainee by ITC Hospitality Management Institute. In 2019, I startedworking as a Junior Sous Chef and was made animportant part of ITC’ s signature Italian cuisine brand‘Ottimo’. I was the in charge of ‘Ottimo’ at ITC RoyalBengal since 2020 and the restaurant was given ‘The best restaurant of the year’ by Times food awards.
I also worked as a culinary entrepreneur and co-opened arestaurant ‘Tres’ as Head Chef in Calcutta for around 1 year in 2022.
I am currently working as a Chef de Partie at Matteo’ssince November, 2022. I am looking forward to be a partof culinary establishment where I can use and enhance my learnings and perform towards the goals of the organization.
