- Complete documentation using Famly or paper forms, including baby routines, headcount, accident and incident reports, activity observations and assessments, and transition forms, opening and closing room check forms, and garden safety check forms.
- Engage in friendly small talk with parents during drop-off, asking about their baby's situation at home, and provide feedback about their baby's day during pick-up, especially for my key children.
- Cooperate with colleagues in the room by helping to set up a safe and clean environment when opening, tidying up the entire room when closing, sharing important updates about babies, such as accident, teething or changes in food preferences, in a timely manner, offering support when colleagues ask for help, and following task assignments from the room leader.
