My social skills as well as upbringing have allowed me to maintain strong and longstanding relationships while also creating new bonds. Rehabilitation Therapist - Physical Training Instructor at Optima Health (contracted to Metropolitan Police) (2023-01 – Present)

My most notable achievement within this role was working alongside stakeholders to operationalise the expansion of the 'OP MILO' project. This allowed the launch of 10 new remote clinics across Greater London for specialist police headquarters.

• Management of ongoing caseloads for specialist Metropolitan Police officers, building trust-based professional relationships.
• Conducting functional assessments and clearly communicating findings, recovery plans and expectations to multiple hierarchy stakeholders.
• Adhering to stringent SOAP (note style) documenting, analysing and evaluating outcome standards.
• Liaising and working in multi-disciplinary teams inclusive of and not limited to psychologists, psychiatrists and doctors to deliver measurable outcomes.
• System migration support: I assisted in the transition of systems from Cohort to Cority by supporting data transfer, training colleagues on new workflows after learning myself. As well as assisting the administrative team with backdating and case data management.
