Rachel Alexander

I am 21 years old and have a bubbly personality, and excellent team working skills where I ensure I develop a professional working relationship with my colleagues. I can take and follow instructions well from others to ensure I am working to the best of my ability. I am keen to learn and would like to gain further experience to continually develop my skills and knowledge.

I am keen to help wherever I can, this has been highlighted within previous roles from customers and my employer, in previous employment it has been highlighted that i am a very quick learner and a good listener

I have gained valuable experience in hospitality since the age of 17, developing strong communication, teamwork, customer service and organisational skills. Alongside this, I have also supported my mum in the nurseries where she works, giving me experience interacting with and caring for young children. I am comfortable working in a busy environment, patient and approachable, and understand the importance of creating a safe and positive environment for children.

I also hold a PVG membership for working with children, demonstrating my suitability and commitment to safeguarding.

I have strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both adults and children. I am caring, patient, reliable and approachable, and I work well in busy and challenging environments. I am organised, willing to learn and able to adapt to different situations. I also have a strong understanding of the importance of safeguarding, confidentiality and creating a safe, supportive environment for children.
