Recently graduated from Bangor University studying BSc in Sport Science with Outdoor Activities (Expeditions and Coaching). Enthusiastic to build upon experience in the sports and leisure industry and gain more qualifications to fulfil my ambitions. Experienced in working in a number of industries, equally comfortable working on my own or as a team player. Enjoy living an active lifestyle and always finding ways to push myself outside my comfort zone. I have gained qualifications as a beach/pool lifeguard, Level 2 gym instructor and ocean diver.
I have worked in a variety of roles including; retail and hospitality but it is in the recent years I have found my passion for working in active outdoor environments. I have worked as a wake boarding instructor and aqua park lifeguard in my home town from 2017. In 2021 I moved onto a slightly different role in north wales as I studied at Adventure Parc Snowdonia. It was here I was a level 3 instructor and be responsible for activities such as; High ropes, Climbing, Bungee jumps, Zip Lines & Arial Assault Course. Another role I had whilst with the company was a lifeguard on the surfing wave lagoon. This role was very hands on and took a lot of organisational, teamwork and attentional skills.
I studied Sports Science with Outdoor Activities at Bangor University from 2019-2022 coming out with a second class degree.
At A-Level I achieved a B in Physical Education and a BTEC in Travel & Tourism Level 3 Diploma – D*D*D*.
