My experience includes education, local authority and the NHS.

In addition to writing bids and developing a bid library, I am experienced in getting organisations ready to tender. This has included obtaining ISO accreditations, and spotting additional policies that need to be developed. Working with organisations to develop measurable social value strategies.

I am also experienced in helping organisations update their business development strategies to enable an organisation to develop their bottom line.

As well as being an expert in bidding and business development, I have excellent business acumen with regard to ensuring services which are sold are sold at the maximum profit.
