Rachel Wong

I am a web developer intern currently learning JavaScript, PHP and MySQL. I am looking for a full-time role where I can best utilise my coding skills and to keep learning more. Previous experience also includes using my soft skills for client engagement & product management at a startup fintech.

In my role at Mosaic Smart Data, my experience includes the use of Python and Bash scripting to automate processes within a Linux environment. I also learnt how to use SQL on the job to query client databases and join data. I was also technical account lead for my client and I learnt project management and client engagement skills as well as improved knowledge on Rates Sales and Trading financial products.

Finally before my professional career, I had studied a 4 year integrated masters degree in Chemistry at the University of Oxford and I’m especially proud that the results of my computational masters thesis were published as its really important for me to contribute back to society in anyway that I can.
