I've started my career driven by passion for food and the experiences that are built with it. In London I've found my home surrounded by like minded chefs who shared their journeys with me. I'm ready for my next step towards my goal of bringing my experience towards the future of gastronomy in UK
Started as a kitchen porter during my student years, I worked my way up towards my actual position of head chef navigating my way in the most diverse kitchens.
I've made lifelong friendships and nurtured the most fantastic people since I've taken senior roles in the kitchen of 50 Cheyne, The Store in Croydon, Murano and many more restaurants.
I'm proficient in European cuisine, specifically French and Spanish and my biggest influence is Italian as its the best cuisine in the world. In my food I like to add nuances of the techniques or flavour I love and I take inspiration from all over the world. From Mexican to Japanese, all the way to North African, my kitchen is alway a rich innuendo at the best flavours.
