I am a dedicated and compassionate individual with hands-on experience supporting early years education through my placement at Eastwood Primary School. I am passionate about creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where young children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn. Through this experience, I have developed strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to the individual needs of children.

I am eager to contribute to a team that shares my commitment to early childhood development and to continue building my skills in a supportive educational setting.

Early Years Placement - Eastwood Primary School

• Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and activities for children aged 0–5.
• Help with play-based learning and early literacy/numeracy development.
• Monitor children during classroom activities, playtime, and outings.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support for children who need extra help.
• Encourage participation and positive behaviour.
• Set up learning materials and resources.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment.
• Observe children's progress and report findings to the teacher.
• Assist in recording developmental milestones.
