• My responsibilities were to contribute to children's learning and development. I set up different activities in various areas to ensure every child has the opportunity to explore their skills and abilities. I also focused on creating a welcoming environment by effective communicating and playing with them in activities which helped them to express themselves.
• I carried out various activities with children in small group, 1-1 and group work which helped me with my leadership skill as sometimes I took charge of carpet time and got to know children better. I have also received the best student award in that setting which boosted by confidence and self-esteem which will help me in future.
