Currently finished my MSc in Information Security. Done my Bachelor's in Computer Engineering. Actively looking for opportunities in the corporate IT industry. Any entry level roles like IT Support Technician, Helpdesk Support, Deskside Support, etc.
During my tenure as an IT Support Intern at Mass Software, I had the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to end users. I successfully resolved over 200 hardware and software issues, resulting in a 95% satisfaction rate. Additionally, I installed and configured software applications on workstations, ensuring up-to-date systems for all users.
I also gained experience setting up and configuring computer networks, which improved network performance for over 50 users.
My technical skills encompass a wide range of software and networking proficiencies, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Antivirus Software, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, and OSI. Furthermore, I am well-versed in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and have a solid understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
