Working as an administrator ensuring all invoices were processed, car hires and insurance created to cover the hire period, checking all walkaround checks were completed on a daily basis, flagging any that were not. A letter of infringement was sent to the driver as a warning. Travel permits required for International travel. Checking taco's downloaded, New drivers had cpc's. Ensuring all issues and work was cleared on a daily basis with no outstanding tasks left to do.

Fielding calls from concerned customers and dealing with un-processed orders with the aim of getting outstanding orders delivered. Processing customer payments and checking their IFC applications to check their creditworthiness. Access to this site was limited due to its sensitive nature. This served as interim role which was taken directly after lock-down & involved hybrid working. Quickly trained onto systems which were navigated with ease.
Later promoted to work in the distribution arm of the business being appointed to Distribution/Financial Administrator. Moved to the new Customer Fulfillment Centre in Maidenhead & worked for the company for almost 5 years. This is a very busy high-pressured environment where attention to detail is paramount to the success of the role and is dependent on paying close attention to detail and ensuring the data is accurate.
Responsible for looking after drivers and fleet management which was a very busy, demanding and high-pressured role with compliance/Health & Safety being a major part of the role along with KPI's and following SOP's and protocols. Dealt with complaints and chargebacks, talking to customers to resolve issues in a timely fashion to avoid exposure and contact from 3rd parties. Needed to be highly organised, efficient and communicate at a high level.

QA Management & Quality Control Analyst at OSCARTECH-UK Ltd (2021-03 – 2022)
Supporting the department with testing their software using manual testing & regression testing before "going live" in March 2021 once government approval was granted. Set pre-scripted testing: Integration testing: Ensuring the database used by the laboratory for Covid Test Results and samples being admitted worked to a functional level and successfully able to import data held on [customers] patients/travelers, could be successfully cross-referenced and accessed in order to update test barcodes from Covid samples and assign to the correct customer. The system was reliant on the patient activating their barcoded test sample on the system, before sending off to the lab.
Issues arose when the customer failed to do this or did not use the tests in the order prescribed, safeguard the identity of each sample, so that the correct test was attributed to the right family member. Lots of regression testing, software updates and new testing scenarios had to be written in order to capture the correct formats/scripts required for each test. Good communication skills were required in order to ensure clarity & progression.
Submit updated error logs, dump-states and back up cases to succinctly describe faults such as invalid barcodes, slow system response and connection issues.
