An academic for the last five years working across Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) in United Kingdom (UK) and India. Areas of Interest include Digital Learning, Online Learner's Experience and Engagement, Research Methods, Work Psychology (HRM and OB) and Pedagogy. I have work experience in using digital tools (LMS, Padlet, VLEs) to engage, motivate and provide social support to online learners.
I have work experience in using qualitative and quantitative research techniques in research projects and disseminated research findings at International Research Conferences and International Journals (Three International Publications).
I am intrinsically motivated to work in academic work positions where I can teach, support and motivate graduates in both physical and online learning classrooms. My long term goal is to understand the Fourth Industry Revolution (FIR), add novelty in the areas of Work Psychology, Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy/Didactics; and contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
